Profiles

A profile shows an avatar, display name, bio, follower and following counts, and three tabs: the person's posts, the verifications they have claimed, and the verifications they have vouched for.

Under the display name you'll see either the person's alias ([email protected]) or a shortened form of their identity key. An alias is a memorable handle backed by a domain the person controls; see Set Up an Alias to get one.

Editing your profile

On your own profile, Edit profile lets you change your avatar, display name, bio, and alias. The alias is checked against your domain before it saves, so set up the domain side first.
